Default Wifey v barclaycard

My wife run up a £1800 credit card bill with barclay card. It ended up going to court in Febuary but was thrown out as Cl finance had not sent a requested cca or sent us or the court any submissions. (Their lawyer was very embarrassed).
We thought that was the end of it till yesterday when a letter from CL arrived which was a statement of account including a post judgment fee and a Transaction Code 83(?).
Does this letter mean they can still come after my wife.
Any help please

Hi

When you say thrown out of court was it struck out?
Our Legal team at work told me if a case was struck out they would be stupid to go after you again (I asked a while ago about myself thats how I can answer that) but I am sure you will have seen various threads which show these low life do go after people further along the line. Whether they would go to court again is anyones guess. The DCAautolinker.com autolinking image that did it to me hasn't made any contact since before the court case and I never did get my day in court.

They are required to send a statement of account at least once a year.

Hi Wellerman,

Apart from enclosing the statement of a/c, what did their letter say.

Can you also confirm the judge's exact ruling following the failed claim by the sol'rs.
