Hey guy me again!

Which letter do i send first as i do nt have a list of charges? but i know they have charged me a fair few times also what can i claim for on a credit card? is it just the late payment and over limit fee or is there more?

Hi Gee

There's a "step-by-step" bit somewhere on this site, don't have the link atm, but it's easy to find and very helpful! (I printed it out for reading!)
Also, it's best to read the FAQs, to know what you're doing.
The first letter you send , to find out what they charged you, is the Data Protection Act (in the "library" here on the site).
