Classic Account Customer
Default Barclaycard settled account help

Hello

I have sent a Subject Access Request's req to Barclaycard for info held on a settled account

No CCA included, just copy statements and

The PPI charges amount to approx £50 (plus int)

Im just wondering what I can really do about this? I know I can get in touch and ask for PPI back on basis that I didnt agree to it

But is there anything else I could look at

I think I may be flogging a dead horse with settled accounts with low values, but you may have other options for me

Hi Julian,

Can you put the PPI query in a thread in the PPI forum where you should get any help you need.

Do the state's you've rec'd show any penalty charges which you paid on this a/c. If so they can be reclaimed in full.

BC will initially deny they need to repay anything, or will offer a partial refund which you can refuse.

You'll get them all back.
