I owed barclaycard about 8k and went voluntary bankrupt.
Cleared the slate. Back in february
Now can I be really hard faced and ask for charges back?
or is that refund just a pipe dream

Well, The first letter has gone, along with my 10.00

Just a matter of sitting back for a short while and waiting for their first responding letter.

Any body want to suggest what their response will be.

I am prob. asking for about 300 - 500 pound back in total from them.
