I sent off for a copy of my CCA 22ND MAY and I have not recied anything back yet, I am going to send off a no acknowlegement of debt tommorrow. Wish me luck

Hold fire on that and wait untill the CCA request passes the additional month.
Just because they have passed the 12+2 stage doesn't mean that they can't come back with the agreement and enforce the debt.
Once they pass the next stage then thigs start to get VERY serious indeed.

If fact I would go so far as to stop payments and then wait for their move.
After all there's no rush.

so 12+2 is June 9 need to wait til July 10th for the serious criminal stage.
