Concill tax Â£79.Equita charge Â£292.04

Equita called yesterday.Left me a demand note for £292.Irand mrs j Shaw(cow). I rang her We will call tonite with the auctioneer she said Between 5pm and 10pm.I got really upset I said this cant be right.I only owe the councill £79.She replied we can charge what we want were not baiffs we are enforcers.Or something like that.So i phoned my local councillor,She now on the case,She phoned the council and put a stop to them calling around. My local councillor was told off the council .they dont use equita any more.But they are.She said if they keep using them she is going to the papers about equita.Because they are over charging people and bulling them into paying up these charges.Mr jason shaw was the owner of equita and now he has put it his wifes name.They are pair of crooks Ripping inocient people off.Anyone in this situation get on to your local councillor like i did.They will sort it out for you the best they can.
The charges are £20 first visit £14 for next,Not these charges they are asking.

£24.50 for the first visit, £18.00 for the second. It went up on April 1st

Well done for standing your corner. If you felt you wanted to take a complaint further ( bearing in mind the fact that the bailiffs act as agents for the council so are their responsibility ) you can also go via the Local Government Ombudsman...
