I would strongly advise against entering into any correspondence by PM with anyone, if wrong advice is given or mistakes made, it can not be monitored and rectified by others.

What is so difficult to understand? You have 9 posts to your name, you call yourself JBWenforcement, I am pretty certain that you are i_spam under yet another disguise, and therefore flouting the moderation you were put under for very good reason, namely spouting a great deal of nonsense which might take in vulnerable innocent people, but even if you are not, you are still an unknown quantity (and quality), your other posts are merely touting for an inferior copycat version of this site, and I would fail in my duty as a moderator by not warning off people who might otherwise be lured into contacting you privately.

Clear enough now?

I think Bookworm is trying to point out that discussing legal matters by Private Messaging is discouraged because if incorrect advise is given no one can attempt to correct it.

I'd like to add that Nortampton court sent a letter saying that they r looking into it, then a no I believe and then yes. Is this allowed? Now we have our car back but the council is asking £80 for the fine which originally we never knew about, please give us urgent advice a.s.a.p.

As I understand it, there were several things posted on a number of websites which were misleading.... but these were not posted by JBW. I am no fan of JBW, by the way.... but I think you need to be aware of the full facts before reviving certain threads prior to a High Court case.
