Frenchy are you still around? I sent Karne's letter to my judge and the lady at the court tells me his directions to DLA will include a request to disclose!

Been too busy to come on here lately. What's this about new solicitors??

Hey.... Hiya Nelly

Still around and kicking like crazy....... just collapsing the inards of the house I moved into @ 3 weeks ago

I've just spotted Karne's letter now and have printed it out ready to send Monday/Tuesday.

Thanks for the confirmation of Karne's reply and letter, all I want is for settlement, after all it leaves us more time for more claims....

New Solicitors.... yeah. As from 9th October 2006 (tomorrow) the new solicitors will be Ashursts.
This was confirmed by a Michael Shires to me over the phone initially then by email when I informed them that I may ask the Judge to excuse my absence from the Court Hearing of 20th December for Family reasons and to try the case in abstentia. This will leave DLA/Ashursts if they wanted to try settle with thin air from @ 10th Dec. Thus it would have to go to Court!! Get the drift? Appearance by default for Abbey.
I'll be so glad if they want to be the first Bank to go to Court to explain their charges?

Apparently, the new solicitors HAVE to inform the Courts and anyone that DLA were dealing with on Abbeys bequest within 2 weeks of the changeover happening.

Basically watch this space!

Hope you is well and claiming quite happily?
