Unhappy I'm really worried about NEWLYN

Hello I'm inexperianced at forums and not quite sure what to say. But I really need to talk about a debt that is outstanding that I have been paying but have just found out they've slapped extra on (even though it would be my last installment) as I missed a payment and are now saying a final notice baliff will be round. I have said on the phone in tears this morning I can't pay now what they are charging me in full as I get paid monthly thats why its delayed. She told me to write a letter, but I don't even know where to start. I'm living in fear these bullies will knock on my door and slap even more money on that I just simply don't have and I live alone. Please if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be so grateful.

Unhappy I'm really worried about NEWLYN

Hello again, thank you for your help.
I wrote earlier about my last payment being due to be payed and they've slapped me extra on because its late, but they also know that I get payed monthly. The company is NEWLYN it was for a council debt, which I've been scrapping together to pay off. I've statred a new job but cheque hasn't cleared yet. This final notice bailiff removal is the only letter I've had off them. When I spoke to that girl on the phone(I won't be calling from now on)she said very s**ty to me that a bailiff had already been to my property on the 8th and left a card, I told her this isn't true because I would have contacted them asap. She said his word against mine, but then went on to say she had a diescription of my property by him. I told her to read it to me and what a surprize I don't have a brown door! When I asked to speak to the manager she said to write a letter.

I had bailiffs on my door before for something different, but had been in touch to say that I would pay the £85 the next week after getting a credit card to pay it off these w*****S turned up at 7.30am said they were police so I anwsered my door and went to get my dressing gown, this is when they came in. Two gaints and me in a robe threatening to take the little I own. I recived the card the day before and had to wait 24 hrs to be activated. It only had £100 on it but these bullies now wanted £333.57. I went to CAB for help after this and keep a record of all my stuff thanks to them.
But surly NEWLN can't hit me for this bailff removal if I only had one more payment to make and the situation they know, as well as keeping me in the debt loop?
I'm really frightened these a*******s are going knock. It's making me shake and be sick. Is there a letter template for this?

Sorry for waffeling. Thanks for reading.

Hiya. You need this and your other post merged and put in the bailiff's section, I'll ask a mod to do it.

I am sorry, but I am going to the office and only just noticed this post. Can you e-mail Newlyns to say that you require a breakdown of the fees and charges. We have many companies trying to charge this van fee when the final payment is to be made.

Can you also let me know the name of the bailiff . Can you sent this only by PM please.

PS: When you send the letter to Newlyn can you ask them to provide you with a copy of the screen shot of their account.

Once I get to the office, I will try to remember to send you a template letter from our website that can be e-mailed this morning.
