Default Does This Never End??

Just some advice please, to cut a long story short Newlyns clamped my car and they way they did it was totally unjust, on advice i filled out a Stat Dec, Newlyns unclamped the car, now I have received a letter from the court saying my Stat Dec has been refused, I can appeal with a N244autolinker.com autolinking image.
Does this mean that they will refer it back to the baliffs again? or does this mean I will just pay the £155 ( which we dont have a problem paying) .I just cannot deal with Newlyns again, they were rude uncooporative and tried to overcharge. Or shall I fill out the appeal form N244 and appeal?
The main reason we appealed this ticket in the first place was because we did not get a ticket on the car and didnt know about the fine until they wrote us and the fine had gone up, we apealed straight away then ,but that was refused. Not sure what to do

Hi there,
It was for a council parking tkt.
basically i received their letter Monday evning( about a month ago) when i came home from work for £168.13, intenetion was to call them friday andpay the amount via debit card, but by the Wed they clamped the car and asked for £548.
I sought advice from this forum and yourself and others included were extremely helpful and advised me to fill in STAT Dec, which i did, however the letter i recived this morning fro the court was to say they refused it. my concern is that i dont know what happens now, will it go back to the baliff or will the court just charge me the £155??
I can pay the £155 ( although couldnt do this until the end of the month! so shall i fill out the N244autolinker.com autolinking image to stall for a bit time ( bit cheeky i know)

The parking tickets forum is best to get advice on the appeals process.

What the bailiff has done is unreasonable and its up to an authority to interpret whether his action is unlawful. I suggest tugging him in for clamping your vehicle whout giving you reasoable time to pay, and the bailiff is artificially inflating his fees to make a gain for himself or another than he would otherwise make.

Write to the bailiff and give him seven days to put things right using (EDIT)
If the bailiff is uncooperative and if you dont get a refund within seven days then stick him on a (EDIT) and that can put him in front of the judge to explain why he is charging you so much in fees.

The council is responsible for its bailiffs and they need to know they are defrauding its constituents. This might not be an isolated incident so write to the council based on (EDIT) Go to the LGO if the council fobs you off with excuses. (EDIT)
If a court makes a finding of fact against the bailiff for defrauding you in fees the you can ask for the criminal aspect of the matter to be considered for prosecution my making a (EDIT), and if the bailiff is convicted then that's one more take off the streets!

If you had followed the site rules as requested you would not have had your posts edited, as has now been explained for the third time to you.
