Default Am I entitled to this information?

I enquired via email about the bailiff fees and said I felt I was due a refund.
They have replied to say they have reviewed the account and deem not so.
BUT they have not yet actually explained the charges even though only one visit took place.
I have now requested they provide a breakdown of what charges are actually for. I have said if they don't comply I will send a formal Subject Access Request.
Am I entitled to this info? and what would be my next step - a form 4?
Would this help get me a refund?

We have provided a template Subject Access Request form our bailiff information website which you should be able to find under Consumer WiKi

If you cannot find it, please let me know, and I will give you a password to access any template letters from our website.

Thank you tomtubby and michael for your help.
I will get this sent off today.

Should I use the address as per their letter or is there, like the banks, a higher office to apply to such as their registered offices if not their trading address?

I have two payments to go with one bailiff office and their excess fees exceed the balance so want to get this absolutely right!
