Think you would have to read your terms and conditions. There may be a clause in there saying how much you are allowed to earn before claiming.

Hi,
I've been doing lots of research lately and found this site:

Mortgage Payment Protection | Help, Advice & Explanation of Policies.

On the quote page you will find two insuers who are underwriten by Legal & General (I'm thinking about signing up with them ...offereing 3 months free ) but for income payment protection over MPPI because I want to protect more than just my mortgage if I get made redundent. Anyway it says on the web site that ALL occupations are considered. Hope that is helpfull.
