Angry Inital Approach For payment sent
Hi All, Yet another disgruntled A+L/MBNA customer. Between A+L current account and their credit card I have been charged £445 over the past 7months!!! Disgrace if you ask me. I am sending the letters off on Tuesday 16/04/06. And we shall see how I get on. Especially since the recent announcements.

Recieved a reply 27/4/06. Yep, you guessed it same old stalling tactics from A+L. Am writing back to move to next stage. Will keep all informed.
