Hi all,
I recently went through the rigmarole with A&L over an unjustified charge of £34 for exceeding my
overdraft (their fault). After using the excellent template letters on this site, they refused to play, and so I hit them with Moneyclaim Online.
They returned the documents stating that they would defend all the claim, and then , on Friday, I received a cheque for the amount in full (but they wouldn't admit they had been in the wrong).
They also said they would be contacting me because I won't abide by their T's & C's - I assume from this that they are going to close my account.
Next question is, how do I go about stopping the Moneyclaim Online process? I've been on their site, but cannot find any way to stop the process - can anyone help please?
