hi all, i am new to this so please bear with me..i have sent and recieved a reply a reply to my first letter from a/l disputing my claim....what do i do next??

It's clear you haven't read the FAQs or step by step guide here:

You really do need to understand the process and all the various stages before you start any sort of legal proceedings.

Saying ' i am new to this so please bear with me' is no excuse for not doing a bit of research for yourself.
