Default Alliance and Leicester HELP NEEDED (CREDIT FILE)

Hi,

i set up an A&L account in july 2007 expecting to use it as my main account, just before i was ready to transfer my dd's ect i noticed a payment to ccp, i believe it was some sort of protection, i dont remember singing up for if it, i wrote to A&L but had no reply now i notice on my credit file its listed as:

Write to A&L, if this is nothing to do with you report it to them as a criminal take over of your account. Send all letters recorded.

You could also consider a Subject Access Request on your account. AND/OR a Consumer Credit Act request.

Register a complaint with Experian.

Don't give up on this ................
