New beginner

Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd introduce myself after finally deciding to go ahead and do the deed. Read a few reasons why others have decided to reclaim, mine is down to illness. Going to do my FAQ exercises after this and then when I pluck up the courage to send my first letter I hope I can call on the experiences of the members of the group to aid me.

Here is a thread I found useful.

The best advice as you say is to read FAQ and step by step instructions.

Then read lots of threads on here. and keep your eyes open for "the sticky threads" in the top section

For example there if there are changes to proceedure they will be posted there . Also there is a thread about the OFT case and about what it means to claims.
