Some hope for those going to court soon.............

My partner was due in Liverpool court yesterday afternoon expecting Wragge to request a stay only to receive a call from them in the morning offering a full settlement (just under £600) which we accepted.

I've been reading this forum since we started the process in February and if it hadn't been for everyone's advice we probably would have accepted one of the two previous settlement offers.

Thanks to all those who have said to keep pushing the bank all the way. I hope other people have similar good fortune!
