General Form of Judgement or Order

Hi,

I received this order from Cardiff CC.

The order said that " The parties may appear in person or make written representations as to how the case should proceeed, provided a copy of the representations is sent to the Court and the other side at least 7 working days prior to the hearing"

No mention is made of whether an AQ is to be used or not and no mention of fees.

Do I write to request the Court use CAG's new directions yet or wait for the court to contact me?

Hi Flyover,

Some of us have'nt filled in a AQ, I know i did'nt! In the end i rang my local court (Warrington) have they were really helpful! I found from them that only some corts were askin for a AQ, so you could save yourself sometime by giving them a quick ring!
