Hi Andrea

So Glad to see you now have your own thread !

a very warm welcome to you from everyone on here.

We are all very friendly, and will help you in any way we can.

First of all,
what you need to do is

Outline your claim here.

(I know you posted a very brief outline on someon'elses thread,
but no-one else can see it there -
and this is your very own personal thread now)

So - As Mary Poppins said:-

Lets Start at the very beginning !

Write out in detail,
what stage you are at,
and what response you have had from A&L and Wragges
for everyone to see.

We can all then come and visit you, and offer our help and advice.

Good luck with your claim Andrea
