I am still waiting to hear from the court.I sent my N150 in and A&L and myself had until 19th July to return them to court.I go on holiday tomorrow as I put on my AQ.Am I right in thinking that the judge will wait till I return before asking for my court bundle?

if I were you,
and to give you peace of mind
so that you're not worrying whilst your away on holiday

is ring your local court this afternoon.

have your claims number ready - because they have all their information logged on to their computer,

explain your situation regarding your forms
and advise that you will be away on holiday from tomorrow,
let them know your return date,
and ask whether or not this will cause a problem

I am sure it won't

ring the court now - put your mind at rest
and
ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY ! ! !
