Default What's happening in September?

Spoke to A & L on friday about charges and they said 'charges were not unlawful', and then said that it's being decided in court in september.

Have I missed something?

On the 28th of September a Judge in Hull has told the Yorkshire Bank & the Alliance & Leicester to appear before him to justify their charges. My case is on the 26th, so I expect a stay of execution until these two banks provide the 'Rabbit out of the Hat' on the 28th. Call me an old skeptic, but until then, I don't think they will be settling many more cases.

Jan!
Did not forget you, posted a message at the end of Alice's thread. In addition to that message, (has to be read first), another thing that gave the game away was that you were too clever (in a quiet way)to be an Alpha Male. But, as I did this morning, had I of looked up your profile, I would have seen that you were not an Alpha Male. So apologies for making the wrong assumption. What is an 'Operations Director'?
Could do with someone to organise things down here for when the party starts.

PS Why are there more ladies making these claims then males?

I'm off to have a glass of Andrews and a slice of 'Umble' pie.

Any intstitution is only as powerful as the loyal customers who are foolish enough to stay with or join then.

Problem is we need them as much as they need us. Get back to working 'Cash Only' will certainly spike their guns and make our lives a lot easier.

crikey squarebob - you do get about. Have you been on the Bear garden yet - maybe you should start a thread?

Operations Director is a posh name for the person who sits at her desk and all the people queue up and ask questions- in otherwords an office manager with a title. I work in the electronics/heating industry thrilling !

thats why I spend most evenings on here - find it quite relaxing in a funny sort of way.

Hi Jan?
Was it your birthday we forgot?

All these 'Job Descriptions'. What was once a Personnel Manager?Dept. Now is Human Resources! Whenever I was offered promotion (down below), I used to say, never mind what the job title is, you can call me what you like as long as I get more, much more, in my wage packet.

I must go and lie down after the events of last night.
