I can't see a letter that suits my situation? I have received no cheque, only an offer for which i have to sign and then the amount they are offering will be credited to me?

The time that i stated they had to respond before i started procedings has lapsed.

Thanks

you can adapt the letter to suit you - basically you are saying you reject the offer and are proceeding with action.

I'm only claiming £287 you'd have thought it wasn't worth the time for them to argue.

And Ladies before I retire with a glass of shampoo,

I want £79 back from the Halifax as well as my pennies from the A&L, and if the Halifax think a final letter saying their fees are justified will suffice, "They can go and eat my shorts". So, no matter how small your claim is...........you want it BACK.

Have only just got round to starting proceedings! My wife and i had a baby girl and things have got a little behind schedule!

I sent the letter before action letter and have received another letter back basically saying nothing really.

So now onto the court proceddings, i have copied and pasted the comprehensive Particulars of Claim for alliance and leicester and am now filling out the missing bits.

Is that it? Do i just then waltz into the county court and slam it down on to the receptionists desk????

Thanks again

Congratulations on your little bundle of joy!!
Continue with your claim and you will have another little bundle of joy at the end. Even if the case gets held back until the end of the year, at least you'll have all the work done and prepared ready.
We are all remaining steadfast in this fight with the big bundle of baddies!

Congratulations to you both hunny. Go on as normal, A+L are still settling and each case is fought individually, them saying they are staying everything is so far a delaying tactic.

If you mean the N1 form, you make three copies, attach a schedule of charges to each and take all three copies to your local court along with the fee.

The court will then serve the claim on A&L and you'll receive a Notice of Issue form through the post. They need to acknowledge within 14 days of receiving the claim and, if they acknowledge, submit a defence 28 days from the date the claim was o
