Default Claim Against Alliance & Leicester **SETTLED**

Here I go again.

I used asda's petrol pump recently and everyone knows that quite often they dont charge you, i waited a week and still nothing had left my account & it was showing on my account as £30.00 available, so I spent it.

Next thing, the asda card payment went through and Im now going to get charged £75.00

£25.00 for going over, then £50.. for going over the extra 4 days (till pay day)

Ive won against Abbey, Started a calim against Barclaycard, starting a claim on behlaf of my mother for Barclays, starting a claim against Abbey on behalf of my Girlfriend and now i shall be taking action against Aliance & Leicester.

I will be sending a modified LBA

If it's a one off from A&L they might sort it with a phone call. If not then go for it, parachute account at the ready.

LBA sent 27/06/06 - for £50.00 - dont care about the amount, its on its way back to me through the court. Id rather they have to pay the extra court fee than just give me my money back. One day they will realise that its cheaper to refund before cases go to court.

Received sum form of Bank Incentive from alliance & leicester. The claim would now seem petty, so i'll concentrate on my big ones with Barclays & Barclaycard.

It would be interesting to know how many customers they have lost due to this policy.
