Talking I WON!!!!!!!!!! And didnt even send court bundle!

Hi all.....
Well I nearly collapsed when I read a letter from Abbey this morning saying that they were paying in FULL - including 8% APR, court costs, everything. And there was me thinking WHEN is my gorgeous little baby going to sleep long enough for me to prepare the court bundle! They are depositing £1300 and a bit in the next 10 days.

The story goes, I started claiming last August after they took £300, then £200 when our baby was due causing a lot of upset to me and hubby. All for intially going overdrawn by about a tenner on holiday. Then January this year I did the court forms. Court date came bask as 23rd May.

I had been asking for help about the court bundle, and feeling really confused about parts of it (though the help on the site, and the templates etc were fab), and hey presto - this letter came this morning!

I feel super human today! Thanks to all..Karn, Bish, Mad Nick, bank fodder, everyone else. I must say the Shabbey Grabby did get my name wrong on the court form which I promptly wrote to tell them, and I dont know if this helped it all along.
Babes has today got a new travel cot and new romper suits to celebrate and I can stay off work for longer on maternity leave !

Thanks again peeps - now off to make a donation
