| | Basic Account Customer | bttrev v abbey *** WON *** I am new to this i have sent letters to the abbey requesting £6700 inc 8% intrrest.
I have also started money claim online and the abbey have said they wish to defend.
I have recieved GOGW for £1095 since Filling claim with the court
i have told the court of this and that i wish to carry on to claim the full amount.
do i now have to wait 28 days to see if they file a defence im a bit lost can any one help

Yes, you can send the shABBEY a copy of your amendment, it won't do you any harm and shows you to be polite & courteous!!!!
With it, send them what they are asking for, your account info and a copy of your schedule of charges, even though you've probably already sent it before!
I think when the shABBEY ask how people have come to the figure of charges, as they have asked you, I personally think that all they are asking for is a list of the charges they have put on your account over the years ( your schedule of charges), not a physical mathematical breakdown that some people think they are asking for!!!!!!!!
