Thumbs up They paied up so easily

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all.

I started to claim my charges back just over a month ago. I was after just £190. Still it's £190 of my money.

I got the first letter saying get lost or we will close your account. I wrote back saying poke it the account is all ready closed.

I was then offered £30 which was soooo very kind of the Abbey. I held out and I now have the whole £190 back.

I did have to say I would be happy to see them in court.
The reply I got said refunding the money was a good will gesture on their behalf. To be honest I don't care what they call it as long as I have my money back.

Thanks again and I shall spread the word.

I got a letter last month saying I would get all my money back. Just has to sign the form and send it back. I did this but have heard not a thing since.

Smile Got my cheque

Horay, I got my cheque for £190 in the post this morning.

The whole process only took just over 2 months. Thank you once again to all who help run this site.

I will be telling every one I know to claim back what is theres.
