To Tiarla, Kia (and yes, I'm all woman!) and Louis and all others that responded to my cries for help - A BIG THANK YOU! I've just returned from Court where I had to attend for the Judge's directions. As predicted by CAG no-one from Shabbey turned up to defend their claim and, after waiting for an hour (the poor Judge was flooded with work) he very quickly and happily ordered that Shabbey pay in full within 14 days.

Once in receipt I'll be donating to this fab site. My bundles (as per CAG's basic bundle) looked the part so thanks for all your hard work in making me look like I knew what I was doing!

And to anyone else in this process don't give up - that's what the banks hope/want you to do - plus - they haven't a leg to stand on - so go for it.
