Have you been doing everything in writing or have you been emailing them?

They were very helpful in providing a written statement of charges (£800+) which they did for free, prompted only by a polite email

Moneyclaim submitted 07/06/2006 for just shy of £1,000

Will keep updated.

Thank you all for the great help this site has been. Should the outcome be in my favour I will not hesitate to donate back to the site.

I logged on to te Cahoot portal and within a week they had posted me out a humungous set of statements going back to year dot. I am currently in the process of listing all of my charges (c£700). I feel like a kid in a sweetshop.
