Stick to YOUR timescale - after four weeks they will write to ask you for another 8 weeks! (Been there!)
Don't let them mess you about - only you are allowed to move the goalposts!

| Re: Geneticfreak vs. Abbey... yes it is a completly standard letter, which just shows the contempt they treat there customers with, they cant even be bothered to provide a letter that isnt just proforma response.
Ignore and stick to the 14 days.

I seem to have made some errors in my addition of the charges and found that I have missed £92 worth of charges!
What would be the best way to go about adding these to my existing claim? I am only at the initial stages of trying to get my charges back and have only sent out one letter but I am unsure how to go about getting the extra £92 that I am owed.
Any help would be much appreciated!
