| Re: still waiting after 9 months this is indeed along time to wai, but dont worry you should get your offer soon, do you have a spreadsheet prepared listing your costs to date, especially including £9.25 per hour for prep of court bundle, printing and copying and postage? ready to show abbey when they decide to cough up |

| Re: still waiting after 9 months Firstly, request a hearing, ring the court first and see if they have received anything from Abbey, have you emailed abbey to try and settle, do this and then when you get no response, (try and put a read receipt on it, or better still send an email and then a hard copy recorded delivery) then by the time you get a hearing, you should have either settled or they will settle pretty soon after getting ahearing date, this seems to be their mo just lately, but keep a log of all costs because you can ask for costs from Abbey or, BEFORE you agree to settle, slam in a wasted costs order
