| Re: Abbey's 65% pre A/Q offer as you say chorlton, pretty standard from them now and if they cared that much, they would offer and settle long before it gets to the aq stage.
in my case, which seems rather different to most i read - they have had no contact with me since their defence was filed and have never made me any kind of offer......my hearing is the 28th, court bundle went in two days ago...nothing as yet!!
hope it goes well - hang on in there for all that they owe you!! |

It was 65% of charges and MCOL costs - the interest was negligible (under a fiver) so I hadnt claimed for that, so am not sure how they would have calculated it if I had done. |
