Yes you just need to put the kind of charge, ie cleared cheque charge (no need to put cheque no) date, and amount as to the no of days since the offence, it will work it directly and also the daily interestautolinker.com autolinking image that is also worked for you.

Sounds like they might have done or may be in the process of closing it. I had the same problem myself recently, I was in the process of transferring my direct debits to my parachute accountautolinker.com autolinking image when I found I couldn't log on. When I checked the Abbey said it was because I had closed my account. I told them I hadn't yet as I was just in the process of transferring dd's but they said they had received notification from my new bank that I wanted to close account. New bank denied this but it didn't really matter to me as I was changing over anyway. Have you tried calling the telephone banking on 08459 724 724. Hope this helps!

Abbey have been putting in new systems to handle the amount of traffic because of the claims, so their systems are all haywire at the moment.

I'd have another go at logging on in the new few days, the problem usually only lasts for about 24 hours.

Abbey withdrew my overdraftautolinker.com autolinking image in 'error' yesterday due to a fault in the system without any prior warning. I managed to get it reinstated by the end of the day. Following this exeprerience, I am starting to agree with your theory of an internal 'blacklist'. Two customer service reps said to me yesterday that, even though my overdraft wasn't due to expire for another 6 months, it was withdrawn due to 'the way my account had been run over the last twelve months' . One representative also stated that they were in their rights to take my 2k overdraft away without warning because of the charges I have incurred over the last year. I am in the process of opening another bank account as I don't think I can trust Abbey with my salary anymore.

I agree I'm going to another bank tomorrow as i don't want to risk more things going wrong.
Before all this, they would bend over backwards to help out, now if i ring i get yes or no answers only in a curt manner !!
I never had any problems with them before all this and have banked with them for 10+ yrs.
But i suppose thems are the breaks, there has to be some sort of repercussion i suppose but i am logging all the problems etc.. just encase i need the ammo.

You need to send a schedule of charges to the court and their solicitors. You also need to submit your court bundle 14 days before the case date (7th July) I would contact the banks solicitors and ask them if they wish to settle, they may just. I have megred your threads please stick to this one. I have also moved it to the Abbey forum.
