I would like to start proceedings to recover my bank charges. I thought there would be sample letters I could use on this site but I can't find them!!!! I'm probably just being thick but could anyone point me in the right direction please.

Many thanks

Hi there and welcome to the site.

There are templates available on this site (in the library).

But before you start sending any letters please spend a couple of days reading through the FAQs thoroughly. You will find a step-by-step guide and lots of other important information. This will advise you which letter to send and when.

Also, browse round the Abbey forum so you can see how other people are getting on and what the bank's likely responses and timescales will be.

Good luck!
