| can i still claim Hi at the end of last year i got a gogw from Abbey for £345 from a £2500 claim i never sent any letter to them accepting their offer nor rejecting it.Can i still claim the rest of the charges and if so can i go straight to court? |

Just one question what letters have you sent to them to prompt the GOGW for £345? |

| Re: can i still claim I would send the partial acceptance letter and in that tell them that you will be continuing with your claim for the balance and then file your claim.

| Re: can i still claim Hi Yes, you are perfectly at liberty to follow your own timescales, not theirs, just one question though, when they sent a letter for the GOGW, what did it say?
they might also argue that you have waited an awful long time to carry on with your claim, sure that there is a perfectly good explananation though, just a thought |
