Smile Paul & Sue V Abbey

Hello everyone. After a successful claim against Lloyds and intervention from Financial Ombudsman we eventually got copy ststements from Abbey to start our claim from them.
26/04/07 - Sent Preliminary Request
01/05/07 - Letter from Abbey saying they would look into complaint and respond in four weeks.
15/05/07 - Letter Before Action sent
25/05/07 - Letter from Abbey not acknowledging LBA stating their research is taking longer and they will write again in four weeks.

Do I give them the extra time or stick to the 14 days stated in my LBA?

Definately agree with jules1973 - these guys will push and push you to try and give up - Its your claim therefore its your timetable - stick to it and don't let them dictate how things proceed
