Default Allocation Questionnaire - FEES advice.

Hi, this is my first post, I have tried looking through the forums for the answer to this but am still unsure and it is pivitol to my success that I get the answer right

I am claiming £2700+ from The Abbey, they have entered a defense (standard as far as I can tell) and my case has been moved to the County Court closest to my juristriction.

I have just received ans Allocation Questionnaire form n149, small claims track.

I am confused by the fees aspect, haviung already paid £120 fees when submitting my claim over HMCS on the internet, do I stillo need to pay a further £100 for the n149 to be processed? I know if I get this wrong it could and probably will lead to my case losing, so any help would be a godsend.

Thanks.

Alos, silly question really, does the form need to be completed in BLACK INK? It doesn't stipulate it, but I'm buggered if something like that is going to screw me over this late in the game.

Hi Uncle Tony - Yes you do need to pay the extra £100 per claim for the AQ - thats standard and you will get it back

As for the black ink - basically I don't think it matters but I would complete it in black just to be on the safe side
