Default Any successes including soc. sec. act 1992 s187?

I have received a notice of issue today and my POC icludes the fact that abbey have taken these charges from all of benefits under the social security act1992 s187 they have acted withiut regard to this fact. I have had over 3 grand plus interest taken from me. Has anyone had any success or know of any where this has been part of the POC?
My story against abbey is under petcat v abbey. BY the way sorry about this aggressive looking bold type.

hello can anyone help? ive used the standard POC from CAG and added extra paragraphs regarding my mental health, which abbey were aware of and quoted the social security act s.187 which they have consistently flounced. I would simply like to know if anyone has or knows of anyone who has had a settlement before court AFTER including these details on the POC? petcat v abbey if anyones interested. im feeling a bit jaded as its late and im starting to wonder if anyone will ever reply!! cheers all.

Can someone explain how the Social Security Admin Act 1992 s187 helps in getting money back when a bank has used up someones benefit to clear overdraft.
