Default Quick Question
Hi, I am about to send my letter before action as I have heard nothing from Abbey since my prelim letter.

I didn't ask for my interest on my account on the prelim letter (i was told not to) my question is, am I at the stage now where I should?

Also, do I give them a new schedule of charges adding new ones they have taken off me since?

The 8% interest is only added to the claim once you have filed at court.

Yes-add the new charges onto the new schedule that you submit with the LBA
