Default Getting Ready for Court.......
Hi, evetually I have my court date set with Abbey. Firstly I have printed out the court bundle pack provided on this site, to be honest there didnt seem a lot to add this bundle, apart from previous correspondences and then a list of bank charges to also be added.

I have read everything else listed in there, which seems to be of old cases that have happened. And then things like the OFT statement from last year.

Is there anything else I need to include apart from this bundle pack, anything else that would help.

Got a little worried today when someone mentioned about a case thats supposedly the first one given in favour of the bank ?
