Ok

Sent letter to Abbey on the 2nd April 2007 (recorded) which they received
Sent follow letter on the 28th April 2007 (recorded) which they received

Still nothing....

Rang them today to be told that they have sent the information out to me on the 23rd April - but haven't received a thing.

Help?

They have said that they would pass this onto their team in Bradford.

Just looking back on your other threads I assume we are still at the Subject Access Request Stage?

If yes, then the link below might be of some use -

Check that you have been through it all and you have followed the process and if so, post back and will look out for your reply.

It is important to make sure that the process is correct, then if they still have not provided the information you can file in court to make them comply.

Guess what, Abbey have not responded to three letters for my information. When I spoke to them they have said they sent it twice - not a thing. They then told me that I had no charges on my account

So here goes, looks like they are delaying.

Has anyone else been in this situation with Abbey

Finally got a 1 pager in the post of the breakdown of charges. The same day got an email back from the Information Commissioners Office about Abbey. The funny thing was that the date of the letter from Abbey was the 3rd May 2007 and the post mark being the 27th June 2007

So, letter now sent to Abbey to get the £2382 back!!!!
