Default Need a bit of help ...am confused

I'm in the process of claiming from Abbey. Sent 1st letter and received a letter back saying they needed 4 weeks to respond. I wrote back after 14 days saying that "i do not believe this to be a satisfactory response as I believe that a 14 day target is more than sufficient for a large company such as yours with dedicated staff and departments" etc. I did give them another 14 days to respond and said "that then I would claim the full amount together with interest up to the date of judgment and court fees in the proceedings through the county court." Again got a letter saying they needed more time. This is where I get confused ......What do I do now. Do i give them more time or go straight to claiming through the small claims court? If so, not sure what form to complete in order to claim through the county court.
I would really appreciate some advice on what to do next as I'm beginning to think that i've started something that I'm not going to have the nerve to finish.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi dont panic their response is standard.

ok you need to file your claim with the court now. There are 2 ways of doing this MCOL or completing the N1 form.
MCOL is the electronic version , this is easier to complete and the court deals with the paperwork for you.
You could use the N1 this requires you to complete the paperwork and send it to the court along with the fee.
