Abbey have just sent me a reply to the letter before action they give the impression that i am lodging a complaint and that as it's serious it will take 4 weeks to get a letter back to me.
I relpied to this letter by saying that this is not a complaint but a request for the return of funds and that the 14 day time set by myself still stands.
I may need help taking this to the small claims court!!!

I remember KnellyK's first post, it was fairly similar to yours. Now look, its only a few months but Knelly has the knowledge and confidence to help/advise others on thier claims (and, its always good advice with lots of encouragement)

This site is full of helpful people and you will get all the support you need for a succesful claim., and it won't be long before you are helping the next batch of CAG members.

Just remember, this is your claim, and you dictate the timescales, so when the time comes, regardless of Abbeys letters, send the next letter.
