can anybody tell me what date of claim to put on the spreadsheets please?is it todays date or is it when i asked for my statements?cheers.

Default Re: date of claim

No I believe that the date you put on the schedule of charges should be the same date that you submit your claim to court, that way its all tied up neatly and then makes sense when you write your particulars of claim assuming you follow the same format that is in the template library.
