| | Basic Account Customer | adw V Abbey (those cheeky chappies!) Hi all
Thought I would start a thread now things seem to be moving.
The letter I received in reply to my S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) says..
'..we have made arrangements to send you a list of archived transactions between 2000 and 2005, under separate cover.'
...when talking about the microfiche information so it looks like they may have given up with that argument???
The 14 months of statements I have received are altered slightly. On the originals charges were shown seperately on the front page. This has been taken off the copies though left in the detailed breakdown.
Mods please keep an eye on this thread I may need your help!! |

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: adw V Abbey (those cheeky chappies!) Hi Guys - just a quick update.
After the 40 days S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) expired I sent an LBA for non compliance giving 7 days. Nine days later I received information back to 2000 on one of the two accounts - the one with least charges
I have today posted a further amended LBA for the information on the remaining account, giving them 7 days to comply.
Tonight I'll complete spreadsheets for both accounts one with the info I have and the other part estimated and send off the prelim letter.
Does all this sound ok to you guys? Any answers appreciated |

Well the 2nd LBA has past for the missing statements.
Just one thought though - I sent a single S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) and £10 cheque to cover both accounts. Is this ok? I'm sure I read it somewhere on the site but can't see it now. I don't want to start with the court route if I have made a mistake.
They have sent all info on 1 account and just the 14 months statements on the other.
I hadn't sent prelim yet as I wanted to be able to do it with the full info on both accounts - won't wait now.
Any advice on the above question would be gratefully received |

| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: adw V Abbey (those cheeky chappies!) Yes one cheque will cover both accounts - the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) covers you as an individual not as an account number
Are you taking court action for the missing statements on one of the accounts?
In the prelim refund letter you can use an estimate for the missing period. |

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: adw V Abbey (those cheeky chappies!) Hi Adw, When is your first claim from? I would have thought that you could only start it from Jan 2001, you mention 2000, which would take it over the 6 years allowed. Just wondered as mine starts from Jan 2001, I sent my prelim in Jan 2007, ive got statements for 2000 as well!
One other question, sorry, where have you sent all of your correspondences to, Triton Square address? |
