I am up the second stage, i have received the copy statements back to 2005, and sent the preliminary letter with the spreadsheet on 13/9/06. The first 14 are due up on Thusrsday so i have drafted the second late and prepared the moneyclaim form. Will keep you posted as to my progress, as yet haven't received a response from them for my first letter.
So others know I did have to send the data protection letter and they sent a wadge of copies from the microfiches it did take the second letter but I only paid the initial £10.

Sorry, I have received copies of microfiched statements going back to 2000 but it take me having to write the second letter threatening to write the data protection inspector. I only had to pay the first £10. I have written the first letter asking for my money back with the speadsheet but as yet haven't received a reply. The first 14 days were up yesterday so i shall be sending the 2nd letter & spreadsheet. I have prepared the small claim on the moneyclaim website so I waiting for thenext response ,if any. hope this now makes sense.
