Sammy lou

Do you have any statements for your abbey accounts?

It would be easy to say submit a claim for non-compliance, but generally im not sure that with the Information Commissioners Office decision pending this would be worthwhile.

I have some statements from abbey and have submitted a claim for those. Once the Information Commissioners Office makes their announcement i will decide what to do for the rest. If i dont get the statements i will submit an estimated claim based on the statements i have.

You do have the option of course of asking them for the statements and paying the £10. You can add it to your claim should you choose.

HTH

I would say work out an estimate based on the years worth of statement s you have and get your prelim letters sent off. All get a 7 day non compliance with the Data Protection Act letter sent out to Abbey so they are in no doubt you intend to keep chasing for the statements

I believe we are still awaiting the Information Commissioners Office report

Thanks Will get them ready to send out as soon as they have missed the deadline, which no doubt, they will! They only thing is that the last years has been v v low compared to the rest (as i moved in here it obviously made things a bit easier) so if they never give the rest what do i do as it could be a lot I'm missing out on.
