Do you have any statements for your abbey accounts?
It would be easy to say submit a claim for non-compliance, but generally im not sure that with the Information Commissioners Office decision pending this would be worthwhile.
I have some statements from abbey and have submitted a claim for those. Once the Information Commissioners Office makes their announcement i will decide what to do for the rest. If i dont get the statements i will submit an estimated claim based on the statements i have.
You do have the option of course of asking them for the statements and paying the £10. You can add it to your claim should you choose.
