Default Me Vs Abbey/MBNA Credit Card

dunno which forum to post this in....its a Abbey / MBNA credit card???

......well finally got my response to data protection act letter. they responded saying that they would provide what information gave me (a list of charges) free of charge, which wasnt a full subject access request response. which was absolute Bulls**t!...they cashed the cheque i sent 3 weeks ago!... also the list of charges seems to have definately been doctored... the first 3 items on the list include 1 charge and two refunds for charges from end of 2002...

wrote back prelim letter claiming an initial £479, untill get full subject acces request response...furthermore saying they are in breach of data protection act if dont reply in satisfactory manner... jack asses!

unbelievable! after my second letter, they again refused to give me all my statements. they said theyd supply the info free of charge, crediting the ten pounds to my account. they supplied me with a second list of charges for the same period.... but had a load of charges they had removed from the first list!...the new one totals £611 including the interest...£130 more than before...and i bet this still isnt the full amount....

cant believe the cunning and deceit!

Unbelievable!

After the first two attempts at a subject access request….receiving two totally different lists of charges, both times telling me, they wont accept the £10 and then not giving me the full data subject access request…jack asses….

I again filled out the form they attached, saying if want to make full S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), please complete this form, enclosing £10 and ID

…which I did, they have now sent a letter, saying there was a technical error, which they have now rectified, that they calculate they have taken £650 from me in charges, so they will credit my account with £850

…which is nice…..but they have yet again said they will not give me the full S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), saying they credited the £10 to my account again!!!...what the F*@k!!!... This time they have no excuse, I filled out the form they sent, with the ID and the tenner…..makes me think how much have I really been charged, in three different letters it has gone from £479, to £611 to £850!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happens if I write back again….£1100, £1300, £1500 etc etc
