Default Rob Vs Abbey

I have recieved a list of statements for the abbey, they sent me the standard Microfice cop-out but that doesn't matter seeing as though it is only the past year and a half that I started using the account. I am about to send the letter requesting the charges back but wasn't sure which address to send it to. is it the same as the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) or is it the customer satisfaction center?

Dawn Hoyle is the head of :-
Customer Satisfaction Centre
Abbey
PO Box 5129
Milton Keynes
MK9 2YN
Tel :- 0845 600 6014
Fax :- 0845 600 1378
Minicom :- 0845 600 1344

I am wanting to send the letter on Monday so please i could do with the address.
Many Thanks
Robert Ingham

The first letter I sent was to the London address and I got a reply from the Bradford office, so I don't think it matters that much other than it may take a day or two longer for the correct person to get it. If you need the Bradford address let me know and I'll dig it out.

I would suggest using the registered office address.

It is important for the claim when you get to it.

Thankyou Jason and Glen for you very fast reply. Jason, If you get chance to dig it out it would be greatly appreciated. Glen do you mean the Milton Keynes address?

No, the registered address is the address they use in their company registration, IIRC Abbey use an address at Trition Square, London.

If you are ever in doubt you can usually find a companies registered address on their web site, Abbey put in 'about us' i seem to recall.

Beware you cannot use PO BOxes on court claims, the co-op have a po box in their registered address apparently. But they also put the number of the street so i just omitted the po box bit.

Thanks for all your help, still waiting on the Halifax claim. Fingers crossed.
