Default Abbey CCA - Enforceable?

I've received a CCA back from Connaught Collections for an Abbey credit card. I actually sent the request on 28th January 2009 to a different collections agency (1st Credit)

I will try to scan the document in the next few days but, as far as I can tell it is enforceable except they do not have a my signature, only a tickbox because it was an online application. The first few paragraphs are:-

"1a We will choose your credit limit and tell you what it is
1b By the payment due date shown on your statement each month, you must pay whichever is the least of:

2.25% of the balance shown on the statement (but you must pay at least £5); or
the charges for Payment Protection Cover, plus interest charged on the statement, handling fees and default charges, plus £5; or
the balance on your statement if this is less than £5

1c Your annual Percentage Rate is 15.9% APR (variable)"

To start off with, is the tickbox enough or should they have requested my signature?
